RETaC is a new and highly effective method. This method uses new neuroscientific research by\u00a0Lisa Feldman Barrett\u00a0<\/a>(among others).\u00a0Emotional regulation<\/em>\u00a0appears to play a crucial role in how we make decisions and respond to others. This process takes place unconsciously, but influences our daily behavior enormously.\u00a0With RETaC we make this unconscious process, conscious, and trace where troubling feelings come from.
