Coaching
Our coaching, training and consulting work is based on the latest knowledge in the cognitive behavioural sciences. This enables us to not only act effectively and creatively but this also supports us in understanding why what we do works. Our extensive experience helps us to understand communication, human development, learning, growing, change and how our mind body consciousness works. Training
We aim to bring the latest knowledge of cognitive psychology, NLP and behavioural science combined with business expertise and know-how to our clients. Models by themselves are 'not alive'; people bring models 'alive'. We provide the tools, strategies and excellence that bring out the best in people to create a sustainable corporate culture. We do so by developing the 'outer game' (tools, capabilities and strategies) as well as the 'inner game' (the structure of our experience and the fundamental beliefs and attitudes that underlie them). Developing Organizations & Consulting
Understanding a complex system requiers the abilty to think and act systemically. The bigger the system, the more complex the loops in the system. We use systemic tools to analyze, set outcomes and implement changes. One of them is modeling. In modeling we seek to understand the 'deeper structure', beliefs, assumptions, ideas, self images etc. behind some behavior or symptom. This alows us to 'find the difference that makes the difference'.
